OT Whats your favorite Christmas Cookie??

I'm getting ready to bake some kickass Chirstmas cookies......Snickerdoodles, these "monster" Chocolate chip cookies with red and green M&M's in them, and the peanut butter blossoms!!! I'll be in a sugar coma later but it's worth it! LOL Oh, almost forgot the Snowball cookies too!! Yummo!

Soooo what's your favorite cookie?? Do you bake anything special for Christmas??? ox

I used to bake for weeks. But since the kids left home, and the weight gain every Christmas I decided to stop.

But Nanimo bars (a Canadian special) probably shortbread coming second, and salted peanut chews.

my favorite is snickerdoodles, sugar, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin, and chocolate chip. ok so I like cookies. I am baking them with my daughter this weekend and we are giving them as gifts to the family. I am excited to be able to continue this tradition with her.

I'm putting off the baking til tomorrow night....my son called and said he wants to partake, soooo tomorrow night it is!

I'm so excited about the holidays and my sister thinks I'm manic...bummer...cause I'm not, just excitable is all! :-)

I'm supposed to go to the neighbors tomorrow but don't really feel like meeting new people......I guess I could bop in and bop out....my back has been aching all this week. sigh

But I'm trying to not let it get the best of me......still in the spirit!! ahha! lol

Spritz. That isn't the same as shortbread, is it? I'm talking about those ones made with almond extract that are shot out of a cookie gun and can be made in shapes like trees, flowers, wreaths. I also like molasses cookies.

I'm with Fariy 12, Ice box cookies. Date and oatmeal are however a second! :) Oh and not actually a cookie but my all time favorite Christmas treat is Divinity fudge. OMG can you sugar high!!!!
