hmm green onion. nice. it's good with tuna mayo to. my personal favourite is cheese and peas sandwiched with loads of black pepper. as a chef your kind of expected to eat anything offered to you, unfortuantly i don't always want to but you gotta do what you gotta do, for me the worst was sweet breads and tripe. tripe is disgusting. the sweeybreads weren't so bad. anything fried in butter tastse fairly good. i also quite like boiled tounge and braised hearts, yum

My dad raised me on butter mustard and green onion sandwiches Zany but since I am not a mustard person generally I changed it to ketchup and added cream cheese. I don't know what i would do if I never tried a green onion sandwich. They are good, but then again I was raised as a hick country girl and then again most hicks and country folk I know have eaten a green onion sandwich before.

when I was prego I once was so hungry and there was nothing in the house, that I opened a can of sweet peas and put tons of mayo and mustard in them. Salt and peppered them and then enjoyed. Now just to think of that makes me want to toss my cookies. Oh and Jamie, fried liverand onions and gravy..... yummy, yum. And the gizzards are delicious

drool...duck pancakes are like a thin tortilla bread/pancake but chinese style you can warm them quickly in the oven or microwave you have a prepared semi cooked duck to roast in the oven, thinly slice the cucumber and spring onions into strips pour some plum sauce into a bowl.

Shred the duck into small pieces when cooked and still hot, grab a pancake spoon some oyster sauce on, add some duck, onion and cucumber roll to stop spilage then devour....yum
