As most of you know WiccanWolf has been undergoing treatment for Hep C with awesome results and is currently virus free! Yay for that bigtime.
Now the sucky part.......we received the 2nd denial letter for one of the meds in his cocktail for the Hep C and I've put in 2 calls to the doc and no call back just yet. WE are totally stressed but trying hard to hang in here and let the doc handle it, I guess she is anyway. With her not calling back, well lets just say it's awful stressful and I am actually pretty pissed that she hasn't returned the first call.
Up until now she has always returned the calls. So we have no idea what is going on and I am asking for good thoughts to be sent Wills way for the med to be approved and continued. He is taking 3 different meds for the Hep and if this one is denied and we can't get any for him(is very expensive), the risks are that the virus comes back and he may have to go through all this treatment again. If his body can even tolerate it. I'm very worried beyond words here, we both are and need all the support we can get right now.
WE are both very tired, upset and quite worried and this shit sure triggers us in many ways. We stay uptight but are holding on to one another though it's a very tough time. I feel so helpless and don't know what to do.....so I came here to post. Thanks for reading.

Will said he's gonna wait til Tues to call her back since we left 2 messages......I want to call first thing Monday because he only has about 1 more week of the med! Getting down to crunch time here....and damn this is totally stressing!!
I have gotten several people from the Hep C board that have been through this and told me that they remained virus free, even though the insurance company cut them off their meds early.
Please just keep us in your prayers and thoughts either way this works out.

My Dr was able to straighten everything out and the insurance approved the medication, so I can finish treatment.
