Well, I made a Excel Document for our Tax Refund Distribution. It looks really professional. :D yay for my Software Application course. I am feeling a little better now that I can see the Numbers and the exact AMT's and Etc. I still could use an anxiety med that works on the spot to take this edge off. LOL

I haven't had any suicidal thoughts, or extra highs, just horrible Aniexty that has me sleeping to get a break from it. Its all money related. I am Hoping once I get the refund in, and pay off all my bills and the regular bills for this month, this will finally lift.


I need it to, this excessive worrying is like a boulder on my back.

Hope you have a big refund coming. I'm dreading doing my taxes, this will be the first time I have to do home and business taxes. I'm a programmer not an accountant dammit Jim. (star trek reference for the unkonwn).... I can't even think about this it's making me go into an anxiety spin. Didn't pay attention and ran out of lithium, then I thought, hell I don't need that, wrong, after 4 days of being up I caved and got it refilled. I seem to go through this phase where I think I'm not BP cause I'm well controlled on meds. Jeez sorry for the ramble

That IS a high anxiety job you are doing. Sounds like you are doing a great job.

Dealing with money - the good and the bad - always makes me anxious. Ask your doctor for an 'as needed' for the high stress times.

Hope you get things going your way. A fresh start helps sometimes.

This was a personal excel sheet for my personal finances, which is even more stressful when its not job related. Whenever I do financal work for a job, It doesn't stress me out because its not my money. Now if I would make a mistake then maybe.

I would be alot less stressed at this one if my fiance would look at the damn thing, approve it or make whatever changes he wants or add to it. SO I knew where we stand. It really sucks with us both in school and out of work. I need to find a decent paying job asap. Going to apply for the phone banker position again now that I got more sales under my belt. Something good has to happen, if he can't hold a job, I NEED too. Screw Bipolar. Just will have to put that mask on, many of us wear so well.

Yes, excessive worry is a huge boulder on the back. Hoping you find your relief. I also hope you have better luck than I did getting your fiancee to look at that spreadsheet. 32 years later, I finally quit holding my breath after I achieved an incredible shade of blue.

Well I'm a little guilty the only thing I really do is the taxes every year. And I'm major stressing cause I have my own business now and I have no clue and can't afford an accountant. I feel somewhat okay because my check just goes in our checking account and I try to keep my expenses in check, I mean about being guily on the weekly budget. I have no clue. Thank god for my wife.
