Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

Hey, question! Does anybody here speak more than one language????
If so, congratulations, you've impressed me.
Because I can't do that. I wish I could, dangit.
I got a message today in Norwegian! I'll have to use google translate to reply. How cool though right?
Norway's so magical. So many strange atmospheric things happen there, I wish I lived there. Or the Netherlands.
But I really want to learn German because my family's largely German. And I want to know more about the Cherokee people (a Native American tribe for you not-living-in-the-US-ers) because I'm largely Cherokee and I don't know my father's side of the family hardly at all. (I mean most of the white mutts like me around the South-Eastern US have some Cherokee in them, but I mean, my great-grandmother on my father's side was damn near full-blooded Native, I believe.)
But yea, German. It sounds so badass. Also Russian, but it's an incredibly difficult language for an English-only-speaking person to grasp.
In other news, I'm moving to SC July 1st or 2nd. Wish me luck with my new roomates, two of my best friends. I'm gonna make it outta this town just like my pop punk bands promised!
Also I started myself back on Zyprexa and I've felt calmer since.
Also I made a Tinder app account out of boredom. Yikes.
Dating sites make me so uncomfortable because 99% of the people who make such profiles are extroverts, which I am not,
And everyone is so forward. Brash, crude. It's a little gross, honestly. It's manner-less because it's become easy to just like... ask a total stranger awkwardly forward things. Ehhhh.
Rejection I don't care for. Whatever, keep it movin', that's understandable.
But initiating a meaningful connection seems hard with these weird apps. But I made one anywho lolol because I just don't care anymore. [:
I'll probably delete it in maybe a week. I'm curious about the other popular apps like instagram and snapchat but they just seem rather pointless.
Anyway, do any of you guys do dating sites, or should I say, dating apps? Even just casually, for no particular reason? Or have an instagram? What do you post there, if so?
I'm so clueless. Help me out please hehe.
How about I just make this a questionnaire?
-Are you.... on a dating site?
-Do you speak any foreign languages? Which one(s)?
-Which ethnicity are you? (not meaning to sound weirdly forward, just, here's your chance to talk about your heritage if you'd like to)
-What social media platforms do you use?
-Do you read a lot of books?
I think the questionnaire threads are more fun than most, so there's my silly little attempt at keeping everyone's relationship with this board fresh and spicy.~

What's Tinder?
And I think with the connections it makes in my head may make learning French easier (not to mention taking French I three times in life already ... oi vey)
My dad's grandmother was full-blooded Cherokee and I have been to some Cherokee festivals and love the rituals and learning more about them.
Never have tried a dating site but have thought about it.
I almost always have a good book going but can't concentrate on one atm.
I hope you really like SC. I have a friend who lives in Myrtle Beach SC and he absolutely loves it. It's more of a retirement community though.
Unfortunately I only speak the one - my father apparently spoke only welsh until he was 4 or 5.
I spoke a little German. Becuase of the way I look when I'd be on holiday in southern Europe Germans always spoke to me in German and when I replied I think they probably thought there was something wrong with me.
Google is wonderful. I was able to make a commercial web transaction with a Swedish Botanical Garden just translating page after page.
But you will find most Europeans speak English now.
Like to go to Norway or Scandanavia one day - been to Netherlands previously and in some ways it's like the UK. The people have a similar atitude too.
Blame William III for importing the Dutch attitude to Britain! :)
-speak French, but I still make lots of mistakes. I'm studying Spanish on my own right now.
-I'm French and Irish and Osage/Comanche but I identify most as a Midwesterner and my name is Greek and Austrian
-I like Instagram. I use it for more artsy stuff
- I used to read a lot but have been in a bad concentration mode for awhile so I watch a lot of movies
Heritage is English and Scottish
I use DS and FB... My niece met her husband on Plenty of Fish and I know another girl who met a great guy on the same site.. I'm not into it anymore
I read constantly.. I always have a book going and read every night
