You know you may never realize it but human hears were not designed to hand all the noise we are exposed to in these modern times.
The things people were exposed to before we had electronic devices and TV's with load music, and machinery humans really only heard the sound of their daily activities and other human voices.
And it seems like people are listening to music louder and louder than ever.
I wonder what effect the noise in our modern environment might be effecting the we don't even really know about.
I know my hearing sure is messed up. But after living alone and in silence most of the time I have to say I find noise very distracting when I visit with family members now. I can't focus or concentrate with them all running around.

Happy start-of-the-week!!!! I have work in a couple hours. Rocket is being a stinker over here refusing to finish his breakfast which is most unusual. I will give him a few millk bones before I have to leave for work and some kibble in his bowl. What is something you are looking forward to? I remember when Mom got hearing aids.. she hated them.. there were so many sounds she hadn't heard for a while and she found it really annoying..x

I'm thirty two but it's pretty bad when teenagers can't even hear sounds I can. remember that cell phone ring tone that no one over 30 was suppose to be able to hear? I heard it just fine.
