I'm sick so I should be pushing lots of fluid drinking. What herbal teas taste good without sugar and creamer?
I have orange tangerine zinger and it sucks monkey's balls. I have to force myself to drink it. Am drinking a cup now out of my new birthday gift. I got a photo mug of my daughter for my birthday and it just came in yesterday. It got it's first use tonight. Thanks for all of the suggestions.

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

I was going to suggest mint green tea but that might not be herbal.
I use artificial sweetener. You could also try honey.
I may try that mint tea. I need something that tastes better than what
I got what I got is too bitter tasting.
Why do we call them "herbal tea"?
Is there a tea not from a herb maybe?
As for sweetener (assuming you're not vegan) honey is really good for you when you have a cold because it helps your immune system and such. Try to stay away from artificial sweeteners at all costs, because most of them metabolize into formaldehyde in your liver, and even splenda contains small amounts of arsenic.
Mmmh. That's a good idea!! I am starting my hot water now!
