I think about death seems like 24 hours a day. I even wrote my sister a letter to tell how much I love her and her kids. I am going to also write other letter to people how my death will affect. I been off all my medication for over two weeks. Know one not liking the ides with no medication but my artist ability gets in the way, it makes not want to work on the computer. Does anyone understand?

I find myself going places in the car and not wanting to get out of the car. I come back home and I don't want to get out of the car. I think it's the only time I spend reflecting. Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

I can't quite follow you but I think it's that if you go on meds it kills your creativity?
I found meds kills some of my creativity - but it allows me to keep productive at a more even level so I actually get more done and at better quality.
I think you need to challenge your doctor to find a medication that manages your moods but does not take away your abilities.
To be very blunt, if you die then your artistic output will be zero.
Focusing on death, dying and thinking life is not worth living is not worth it, just so you can be more artistic. You owe it to yourself, your family and your friends to do EVERYTHING in your power to get healthy.
Keep working with your doctors and find the right meds for you. It's the only way for most of us to have a chance at a meaningful life.
I'll be thinking of you and wishing you luck. Stay alive, a lot of people love you.
Thanks guys....
I still haven't found the right med mix or the right talk therapist...
Must keep on keeping on and not give up...
