Along with my mental health issues, knee pain and my internal organs being stuck together with scar tissue ....I am HUGE. not big..or fat....HUGE. It is affecting my knee pain. I will not divulge my weight, but it is awful. I have so many things wrong and I am so depressed that I just don't care anymore. I guess I am hastening my death because I seem to be unwilling to make steps to change it. I know that only I have this power. I live with so much pain and internal issues that my weight issues are not being addressed. Being in pain only makes me want to come home and hide. I hate myself for it, I KNOW I am huge. I can see it in the looks on peoples' faces. They look at me with disgust. It is humiliating and maddening. I lost 100 pounds in 1998. Then, in 2007, I lost 75 pounds. I have gained it all back twofold. I am not living. I am existing. There are so many things that I want to do, but can't, either because of my size and/or the pain in my knees. Just doing general housework is a total struggle. I don't know how to turn this around. I am feeling very hopeless. I just don't know where to begin. Help.

It's been some time since my last post...sorry. I've been going through a challenging time with the sale of my home, purchase of a condo and my adult asperger son that lives with me. I've had days where I couldn't get out of bed, days where I stayed in my pj's and days where all I managed to do was eat, drink fluids and take care of my Sweet Mia kitty. Sweet Mia came to me from a shelter about...
