Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

When my stomach is at its worst, I start with the baby cereal mixed with plain water and work my way up to heavier add-ins. By the time I can handle mixing in fruit, I am generally ready for the veggies, etc.
Soda crackers and/or plain bread are another helpful for me. They absorb the excess acid in my stomach.
Keep nibbling, Kisses. Your stomach soothers are out there.
Sundays are my food prep days. I eat the same things every week, and I keep them ready in the fridge, because if I have to stop and prepare something, odds are the moment of tinge of hunger will pass and I'll just not eat.
Here's my keep in the fridge list:
Cucumber slices (English less seeds)
Mini baby carrots
Cantaloupe slices
Oiko's Greek Yogurt -Toasted Coconut vanilla (high protein) 2-3 per day
Jazz Apples - 1 each morning sliced for breakfast
Oatmeal - 2-3 times a week
Meat:
Chicken Breast - 2 per week
Smithfield Smoked Ham - 2-3 2 oz. slices per week
Beef Fillet - 1 every other week
Snacks:
Rice Chex tossed in a large freezer bag with 2 tbspn powdered sugar - last 1 week
1 pint Talenti Mediterranean Mint Gellato - last 1 week
Sunflower Seeds
I drink hot tea or sip hot chicken broth if my stomach is off, or will nibble saltines to have something in my stomach.
I keep Slimfast High Protein Chocolate Shakes in the fridge for days when I just can't deal with textures. They're lactose and gluten free and give me the Protein and vitamins i need when eating food is an issue. They have to be ice cold, but they taste better than most and aren't too thick.
I don't eat anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup in it, no carbonation, and don't do milk or most carbs.
Most foods I eat are pretty bland, so even if I don't want to eat, I can munch them without my stomach complaining.
Drinks like Ensure and Boost aren't heavy kisses and they can be meal replacements.... You should drink several a day though... Probably about 5-6 a day
Best wishes...hope something works soon.
