try pushing air around/breath control like when you give birth, kind of like lamas (sp?) and take deep breath, hold it in for 30 seconds, or as long as you can even... and then blow it out through pursed lips with gusto...
or
when you breath in , try breathing in first from your feet and draw the energy up from the earth into your heart, let it marinate...blow out through pursed lips as forceful as you want or as slow..
then, pull the air in through your nose again slowly and steadily and bring the energy from your crown chakra, into your heart.
hold your breath there... as long as you want... exhale straight out from your heart through pursed lips and controlled..
now, pull the energy in through feet (gaia) and head (celestial) as you breath into the heart chakra at the same time through pursed lips and with measured control and force....
this is the heart breath and you can do it to ground and move the energy.
