I feel like a robot. That in itself should be a ironic since it's the lack of 'feeling' that has me feeling so robotic. I have zero interest in life. I just want to sit and stare blankly at the wall or the tv or the notes I should be reading over for my mid-semesters. I don't care about anything, pass or fail, fired or not, hungry or full, happy or sad. It's all just losing significance to me. It's a good thing breathing is involuntary or I'd have stopped doing that too. I force myself to go through the motions, do what I'd normally do, force a smile, fake a laugh and all the while inside is just black and empty and hollow. And I don't want to feel this way or not feel since this is the problem. I don't know that I'm tired until I make myself go to bed, I don't know that I'm hungry until I make myself eat. I'm just bored. Bored. And empty. I think I'm dead inside. Maybe my attempt really was successful; just not physically. Speaking of which, I actually want to do it again.

Hey All...I hope that you have a lovely, peaceful beginning of your weekI have a bunch of chores that need doing but may put them off til tomorrow and just hang out with my landlord/roomie todayWhat about you?...Anything special going on?Have a great day and take good care of you!!..Xo

Have you ever taken a step back and thought about what you do have and what you should be thankful for? Try to focus on what is good in your life no matter how small. Make plans for the future even something simple that you might look forward to. Even think about long term plans and goals that make you smile.
For instance my long term goal is to learn a trade save up enough money and move to Alaska where I can spend time hiking and enjoying the beauty of nature and the world around me. I've recently realized how precious a new sunrise is after being in hell for a long time. There must be something you look forward to and something that makes you smile.
I'm so sorry you are feeling this way! Yes, it Sucks. ...if only you could Feel anything, you'd know it sucked. :/
You need to Tell them these things, iam - even though I do Not know if they are listening, grrrr. Also, when you first start on medications for these things, the meds may cause you to "swing" back in the opposite direction from what you Were feeling, kind of like when you push a swing set, you know?
It swings back One way, pretty far, then swings back Toward you, a little less high; then swings the Other way again, then back Toward you, but more and more toward the middle, you know? Til it is Balanced again.
...um, at least that's the Idea behind all these meds. The Goal, so to speak, is to end up with us Balanced, and often we really do "Swing" for a bit until our bodies get used to things.
I love you! Please remember, as best you can, that all this Horrible Mood Swingy-ness is a Process, so you won't stay this way Forever.
And I Still think you should Tell them how bad you feel. It can't Hurt to tell them...:/
Me
but my bodily functions force me to. I hope you find relief.
Please talk to your pdoc. It's not good to let this fester. It will only create more problems.
I've been going through the same thing for the last few weeks. It comes and goes, so I'm keeping an eye on it.
Please take care of yourself iam.
