i have taken essential oils for a while now i have just started taking passion flower
it helps with sleep tremors and anxiety
i have seen an improvement with the tremors and it slows down the hypomanic episodes
most importantly i have seen a diference in sleeping habits i can get 4 or 5 hours sometimes enough to keep the hypomanic episodes in more control and help me physically i am pleasedb with the results with tremors when combined with benadryl but it does take a while to kick in
all in all this may be a natural way to treat symptoms without heavy meds

Natural can seem kind of better for you and your health.
I don't mind taking my meds though because it's really worked for me. I do take vitamins and I like chamomile tea for soothing myself. It's a mix for me.
meds are a way of life for me been so many years i can tell time when to take them almost to the minute they do not fully work but i have a relief so i have accepted that i will be on meds for life
