Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
So I've dealt with my mental health issues as diagnosed problems for over twenty two years. And now finally with a diagnosis of bipolar. I feel like it is being dealt with in the best way possible. The thing is I'm amazed it's taken so long to get diagnosed. I guess the depression was always the prominent thing up until now. So here I am in "bipolar land." I feel like the new kid on the block. And I am open to any and all positive feedback on good ways of coping with this condition. All my best to all of you.

Im happy for you. Please check with a health food store. One that has many Vitamins. There are certain vitamins that are for Depression, Anxiety and Bipolarity. That actually help to make you feel good. They don't work right away like medications do. But after a couple weeks, yours feel a difference.
