I notice that whenever I post something here, I always talk about the same things. It seems that my bipolar depression is taking me up again. I am a lost for 7 years, i have no job, so naive and obese. I hate the fact that I have to deal with this for all of my life. I just cancelled my session with my personal trainer in the gym just because i feel not in the mood and lazy. This is not bipolar disorder alone. Its laziness that I am guilty of. I wish I could turn this all around. Im tired of dealing with the same problems again and again. I am 220 lbs and what I'm losing is I'm gaining all back. Is this bipolar or I have an attitude problem? I'm 28 and I have to gather myself up and act like an adult. I think I am incapable of working because damn, i cant take the stress of nursing. I will not go on back at it. I NEED A HUGE PARADIGM SHIFT!! i am tired of being negative all the time! I hope we can be the best person we're meant to be and not let bipolar or other illness kill it.

I hear ya! i'm on lithium 800 mg wellbutun75 mg lamotrigine 400 mgs anbiam 20 mg and zypexa 15 mg and I can't sleep. everyone is different don't beat yourself up. just do as much as you can. there's always tomorrow remember there is no mistakes in it. hope everything works out! big hug!

I too, hate that I am stuck with this disease for life. It sucks. And no one can understand, except those that are experiencing it themselves. My partner and family try to understand but not having it, they just can't truly understand.
I am in a mixed state right now and I REALLY hate that. I have been rude/angry/ and pretty much every emotion under the sun.....all in one days time. I have experienced this for going on 2 weeks. My poor family is taking the brunt of it.
I am on Saphyrs, and lamictol. Have been balanced for a year and half and this medication cocktail has seemed to work, but now I feel as if I fell off the boat and is bobbing in the water of emotions.
I see my doc this week (hopefully, if she can fit me in)
