I feel your pain with all the doc appointments. Unfortunately we gotta do what we gotta do. I know you have your hands full with the kidlets too. I'm sorry that there's so much going on...I desperately need to lose weight too, and I'd love to blame the meds, but I think for me it's just plain laziness. Hopefully the new meds will help you lose the weight. Much love!!! ((((HUGS))))
Big ((((HUG))))
Hanna...........I am going to try my best to lose some weight. He wants me five pounds lighter when I go back on the 19th of next month. I did a couple of minutes of running in place after I got home and before I ate. That's all I could do at the time because my leg muscles started to cramp up on me. :(
I hope your day improves and that you feel better soon. Much love to you and big hugs. xox
Jen...........I have not had to have any surgeries yet. They want to do surgery, but I have a lot of weight to lose first. I have had the ESI's before. One helped, one didn't and one made it worse if anything.
Sandy...........thanks bunches!! xox
I a borderline diabetic from meds... most probably seroquel... its hard to change our lifestyles (I am vegetarian and rely on carbs so much)... but it can be done slowly... don't beat yourself up for it... its not laziness its this damn disease and the meds.. makes motivation impossible and apathy part of our daily life
have you tried stretching (or is it too painful?) just regular stretching... helps with mobility and tones you.. its a good way to start.. and I agree with the swimming option... maybe see whats available in your area and see how you can go from there
much love x
