I finally slept last night, YAHOOOO!!! =o)

yeah life is all a breeze and then the the winds pick some piece of garbage up and it kinda sticks to you till it slides off or you change directions...

glad you got some good sleep Dee...all better now? oxo

Yay for sleep!!

I read the post and replies, and am so glad you slept well. I too hate med changes. My pdoc upped by Abilify yesterday from 7.5 mg to 10 mg and I feel draggy today. Not sure if it is it, but med changes just in general suck for me.
