Good luck and big ((hugs))!
I agree to start thinking about what you can do to make your situation better.... I know it's really hard when you've been hurt for so long however you can start to take your life into your own hands.... You can grow and thrive..... Be good to you.... You deserve it...… Another hug and a blessing.....xo
If you have no place else to go other than your dads, perhaps getting a job, hanging out with friends, finding a hobby, might be helpful in spending as much time away from home as possible. Only going there to sleep, eat, bathe. Just because he says hurtful things to you doesn’t mean that you have to accept them. It takes a stronger person inside to be able to be a louder, more positive voice than that of the abuser. The abuser abuses because they choose to continue the cycle, perhaps not even knowing what they are doing, although deep down, they know they are full of never-ending shame. They keep trying to cover it up.
Have you looked into seeing a counselor to help you overcome this abuse and eating disorder? If you don’t have the resources, maybe you could call some local churches, many of them have onsite counselors/therapists that could help you work through this and they also have libraries with many helpful books to read. I wish you the best and hope you find that helping hand.
