My step dad is a nice guy but he started acting weird a week a go , he told my to give him a kiss then he touched my lips with his . I had nightmares that night , I don't need this shit right now , maybe that's just the way he was brought up , but something inside of me isn't comfortable , what should I do ? My birth day is in 2 days and I asked him to give me a lot of money , I don't want him to think that he bought me with his money and act accordingly ...I'm scared.

With you being an adult and wanting money from him there isn't anything to keep him from making a creepy douchebagery move on you so best thing to do is: a.) DO NOT ASK FOR OR ACCEPT MONEY FROM HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES and b.) move out.

I agree with Indigo , do not accept or ask for money from him.
But before it escalates to something worse...set some solid boundary limits with your step dad.
You have the right to feel safe in your own home !

You said moving out is not an option. Is that due to finances?
If so, have you looked into state/government housing and financial help...there are programs out there for legitmate/deserving people such as yourself. Are you on disability, perhaps?
Any family members you could go to until you get on your own feet?
If you happen to attend a church, they might be able to help you find an affordable place.

maybe he has a thing for you..maybe moving out should be an option.
