This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
As someone else mentioned...White vinegar and baking soda will neutralize just about anything.
Just got my new rug cleaner...will let you know how it goes after this weekend.
well I'm thankful that I don't have that problem now! Nothing against pets but some people don't clean after them. And it ruins it for every one because no landlord ever allows pets.
I've been putting it off all week and every day I managed to come up with an excuse but now even I am getting angry about it. It's been nagging me this whole time and I thought I was just going to bounce back and crank it out. But now that I'm sitting here and the messiness is staring me in the face I know it's time to clean it! So I think I will get up now and clean at least one thing. I think I will feel better if I just do something instead of staring at it.
Plus my arthritis is feeling better just now LOL! I don't know if it was the pain pills or just the fact that it's cooler at night. Heat really does a number on my joints!
Thank you guys for nagging me :D I think it is helping LOL!
That's why I posted it I do need people to help keep me on track. Even if I can't finish it I might actually be happier if at least one thing is clean.
I will let you guys know how it goes when I come back in a few minuets or hours how ever this pans out.
NAG NAG NAG NAG NAG
good luck, Maggie
Pain is a little better. I admit I started using some of my old meds because I just wasn't feeling right last night. I almost went to the hospital over it I was so tired and messed up. Depressed crying mess. So I took some deprakote long story why I had to stop it. But basically I knew that deprakote was helping me last time.
Also I was so desperate that I was considering taking antipsycotics even though I get severe dystonia from them. A kind that is so scary and painful. The kind where I can't breath. But I found the deprakote so I was like few! It seems to be helping.
Don't worry though I see my pdoc monday so I can talk it over with her. That's why I didn't go to the hospital. Last time they knew I already had appointments they wouldn't take me.
Also I will let you know how the house turns out later if I can. But do to circumstances I don't have my laptop it's being repaired so I probably won't be around much until it comes back.
thank you for all the love and support I feel around here! It brightens my day.
ha easy peasy you are deficient in carnitine IMO
I know all about depakote I am forced to take it well yes sort of 'of course I do not take i unless I am in the hospital or prepping for a bloood assay.
I won't bore you with the technical details go to the vitamin store and
get some carnitine take a pill three times a day with meal should start feeling better in about a week.
