I wanna apologize for ruining the avatar thread. I latched onto Charcoal tablets and the nurse in me took over. I was ready to come back and have fun and everybody had left. Boo hoo!! Anywho..........hope you all have a great evening. I am just relaxin and waiting on Jim to get home so we can go to the store. Yall got any plans?

I have just been on here trying to help other Bipolars. Have you ever ready the book " An Unquite Mind" by Kay Redfield Jamison? It is really good, she is he worlds leading authourity on Bipolar, as well, she is one. So she shares all of her experiences even her sexual exploits.
