my appt is tomorrow and I feel like I've been holding on by my fingernails for a week or two. The med change last month didn't help, maybe made things worse but I kept telling myself I could hold out till the appt.

Now it's tomorrow and I just have to get through another 24 hours. Things have just gotten worse and worse - I'm pretty positive I'll get a med change tomorrow - I just need some support to get through tonight I guess. I'm feeling really unwell. Thanks to everyone for listening.

((HUGS)) Heretic! My heart really goes out to you! I know you have been thru so much and I feel so helpless. I hope your pdoc really listens to you this time. Heres to not feeling like you are holding on by your fingernails!!

Hang in there. When I noticed that things weren't working I would've been all over the phone and in the waiting room at your docs. We don't get points for suffering!

thanks to everyone, I think it's gonna be a long night, feeling so jittery I'm thinking of taking my nightime meds early. Maybe I'll take a hot bath to try to calm my nerves. Hugs are really appreciated tonight...

Hang on.

Just make sure you are perfectly clear with your Pdoc, that you can't go on this way...you really need something else to help

I'm right here with you on the pre-doc appt. anxiety. Mine is tomorrow too. Maybe try watching some videos or something to get your mind off of it. I'm about to finish watching Y&R myself. I actually found myself smiling while I was watching the beginning a few minutes ago... those smile muscles haven't been used in a while and it felt good to forget even if just for a few minutes.

everyones right. we are here....make a list so you do not forget any of these feelings and issues with these meds..wish we could sit with you and help advocate your needs....good luck....i am sorry this has happened..
