I just heard on the radio that Jan 21 is considered the most depressing day of the year. they say mainly due to lack of daylight, weather and bills from the holidays.

They say June 21st is the happiest.

I feel superisingly good and upbeat for the first time in a couple of days I hope it lasts...

i have felt better the last couple of days, don't know if it is the med change or still being manic, not as paradnoid and my mind activity has slowed.

enough about me, i too heard about this day on the news. now the rest of the world feels like us.

Lack of daylight? Since the solstice was Dec. 23, the days have been growing longer which means more daylight on Jan. 21.
Weather seems to always be with us. It's warmer here now than last week so that's an improvement. I don't have any bills from the holidays and I'm real happy about that! So I have no reason at all to be dpressed and hope nobody else does, either!

It is goint to be 6 outside today.. Enough to make me happy since it has been below zero..
I heard the same thing on Good Morning America this AM.. The whole thing with people not keeping the resolutions and holiday bills etc..
I am actually in a ok mood..
