My appt. was barren and fruitless. No med changes though I told her I was all over the place like a yo-yo. She wants me to work on my weight, my life's problems, etc., but how the hell am I supposed to get motivated to do all that without the proper chemical enhancement! Is she mad? Or simply nuts like me? hah.

I really would like to change pdocs I think, but don't know if that would be wise or not because I know if I go to where they prescribe benzos, I will be back on them. I don't know what I am today, Bobbi. I think if I just kept enough ganja to smoke all the time, I could do away with meds for the most part. Except the Effexor. I will be on it til they carry me out in a pine box or an urn or whatever. Withdrawals too bad for that one. Anyways, yea I bounce all over the place but am most generally in good spirits. Life is just so draining sometimes, but nobody ever said it would be easy. Enough from me..........for now anyways ;) Hugs.

err yep ..we all have the ceaning bug, ive
hoovered, cleaned. all rooms,
cleaned cupboards out,
burnt all paper work..( must clean out fire grate 2moro)
emptied drawers,
painted a wall,
made a blind for my kitchen window,
re upholstered an armchair,
done 5 loads of laundry,
amongst the usual stuff...and all in the last 2 days...
c u next week..im off to bed lol.
