Depression has crept up on me, again and with it I get the morning dreads. It's so frightening. During the week I can't stay in bed until they fade. I have to get up and get my son to school.
For those who experience this, how do you deal with them,?
Thank you for any help you can give me.

I've been on high dose prednisone for pneumonia, and now I am slowly weaning. But lots of symptoms I don't like having, plus overeating has put at least 10 lbs on me. The food is "loud" as the GLP-1 users refer to it.Also pressured speech. Which comes out in my posts. Sorry I posted so much. I just need an outlet for my agitated and irritable brain. Just scroll on by my posts, if they are too...

Did we miss Wednesday? 'Cause I Know it's Thursday today!Maybe something wonderful will happen today. Maybe you'll learn something new today! Maybe you'll just see something awesome.Either way, I wish you a Good day!

I sure get the morning dreads when I'm depressed. Two things worked for me:
1. Write them down in a list and put the list away somewhere so you don't have to look at it.
2. Do some exercise a little yoga or something like that it forces your head to do something else....
Good luck this is tough! ((((Hugs))))
