Mornings are really hard for me. I'm not a morning person, I don't drink coffee. But they've become to the point where I have no energy until after lunch. I can barely function until 9am. Does anyone else get that?
Sometimes I think it's the depression or the sleeping pills. I'm supposed to take a clonazapam in the morning but when I do, I can't even work and I'm so exhausted.
Any suggestions.

I take Klonopin every morning & evening too but it doesn't make me sleepy because I drink so much coffee.
That seems to get me through the day. I don't drink coffee after 1pm as it would keep me awake all night if I did.
I get up an hour before everyone else to "wake up". Even then sometimes, I can't get moving till afternoon. I hope you get it sorted and feel better.
