Has anyone else noticed that they are effected by the moon?
I had not taken any notice of this until I read it on a website somewhere. In my diary I have a scale of 1 being suicidal to 10 Hypomanic which I use to rate my day. When I looked back through the WHOLE of this years entries...on EVERY full moon I had dropped to a 2 in the evening O_O

How strange is that?

I agree. My husband , who is a big fisherman, says fish react also. He usually catches a lot when he goes, but especially during full moon period, he catches more. I have never noticed it wiht my moods. I may start paying attention to that. Bliss, you said "you drop to a 2" what do you mean by that? Is it like using a pain scale that you do for yourself?

The word LUNAR,referring to the moon phases,is the root word to lunitic...any conclusioms!Oh yeah the moon has a real affect on people,ever notice that you almost never look up into the night sky...and when you do..there sits a big fat full moon!

Dropping to a 2 is in my scale yeah. 1 is the lowest when I'm really depressed and 10 is when I'm hypomanic

omg i was just thinking about this the other day lol.. thats funny someone (you) wrote about it lol... but yeah i agree it does do something to people.. lol... im happy im not the only one who sees that lol..

I never noticed that. I'll have to keep an eye out for it.
But when the barometric pressure drops I get wicked headaches.

I've told several people in the last 2-3 days about the full moon, I believe it is responsible for a lot of behaviors, events, etc. Happens every time.

Come to think of it I have noticed a change too. I just thought it was a fabled belief so I never really acknowledged it. I notice that I get hypomanic as well.
