On a scale of 1-10, 10 being best, what do you think is a "normal", good mood to have?

with 1 being depressed and 10 being manic, I say about 6

my pdoc uses 10 as being normal neither depressed or hypo. he says if you are 7 or above its good.

he also makes me fill out these stupid sheets everytime i come in just because i tried to kill myself.

I would agree that a 7 is the number. Funny, I actually think about it this way. From the pain scale they have you use at the hospital...
