I'm with you,nightbutterfly...there are alot of times that I don't have the time or energy to track my mood.
Or some days I don't get on the computer.
I try not to feel bad or guilty about it., but it's a struggle.
Makes me feel like I'm functioning at a lover level at the moment, and I hate that.
One more of the struggles I have with my bipolar.

I got it to come up, go to healthyplace.com and type in 'mood chart' in the search field. It'll take you right there, very helpful chart nobody666 - thank you :)
