Well today I feel so bloody good. Wait for it i know this sounds really bizzare but I was at work and I felt like I was Patrick Swayze in dirty dancing. I was wearing the shades and feeling hot!!
Then when I came home I wanted to buy one of everything in the Argos catalogue and then I decided it would be a good idea to save up for an engagement ring!!

I have also spent money today - nothing major bits here and there etc but feel fantastic!!

Maybe its just a good day! Wait 2-3 days and see what it feels like. See if its still good feelings or if its am artificial high.

I'm so glad you're having a great day!! It's good that you're mindful of the pitfalls of hypomania but I'd give myself permission to be joyful if I were you.

You "wanted" to buy everything in the Argo catalogue but instead you made a plan to save. That sounds responsible to me.

Strategy for saving money: (I did it and I am a horrible "comfort shopper") Put extra in a coffee can every week and make someone else hold it for you. Tell them not to give it to you no matter what you say. I've actually saved a few thousand this way. Yes, thousand.

When *I'M* hypo, I always want to buy two of everything, for some reason. You only seem to want one. Maybe you're NOT hypo!!!

LOL!!!! Feeling like Patrick Swayze is great!!!! That's perfect;y okay!!!

But when you start thinking you ARE Patrick Swayze and start moving office furniture around, saying stuff like 'NOBODY PUTS THE WATER COOLER IN THE CORNER!!!!', well, then, it's probably a sign that you're a trifle bit too high!!!!

The spring was always a time for the gears to get rolling causing flights of fancy and hypomania. You know that really exciting feeling that you can ride in your gut...the 'Oh who cares..why not live it up" feeling.
This would then go into the several cups of coffee feeling..more wired and driven which doesn't feel so nice.

Just watch your impluses. Remember to sleep on certain types of decisions like spending lots of money etc. I hope your just having a nice day...they do exist :)
