I love this part.. I DO NOT like those mixed ones, I get so confused as to what I am feeling and what to do.. It feels like I am in a storm on the sea, up , down , up ,down ect..
I wish I had a warning light that went off just before that phase.. my hubby tries to let me know what I am doing but I cant stop it so he just keeps away on the bad side and cuddles on the good.. I usualy get very angry when in that state.. the mania is great but in a few minutes or hours I am snappy then all I can do is cry and the cycle repeats for week or so.. I just started my mania in the last day or so and love the ride but am not looking forward to the depression that will follow so I am doing the usual, cleaning, baking, sewing, quilting, cooking tons of food just to put them into servings in the freezer for hubby to make when I get off this ride... making the house clean as a whistle and organized...but I know you dont waht to hear my mania rambling so I will just say I know the feeling..
mixed states are confusing, and you dont know whether youre coming or going, what youre thinking coz everythings going so fast, but you know its not good. you cant stop moving but all you want to do is stay still so you keep trying and that makes you even more irritable. you cant communicate what youre feeling or thinking because you just have no idea where youre at....
it sucks.
hope it stops soon and would recommend you see your doctor if you have one.
