Lately I've been experiencing all of the symptoms in the photo. I'm on seroquel/trileptal/lexapro, I've been taking my meds. I've been struggling off and on for a year. I wouldn't say I'm in crisis but I'm definitely not doing well.
I have an online psychiatrist that I don't have immediate access to. It would take me awhile to get an appointment and I'm not sure what others that have bipolar do in these situation. All feedback and advice appreciated and thank you for reading.

Just wanted to give a thank you to Mid, Arfie, Malibumark, Greeneyes, Mlro, Girlincalif, and Suncloudjd! You all always have such helpful tips and advice, but I always forget to write on my posts when I see you post, lol. I would lose my head if it wasn't attached to my body, lol. Thank you all so much! If you think that you're in a crisis you can go to emerg.... I was first diagnosed many years ago in a mixed state and I know that it's miserable.... Big hug... .. This is a good place to come... xo
in the meantime there are coping skills that you can learn to deal with symptoms. A lot of these things are ramped up in people right now due to the facts of living life in a Pandemic and having to manage extra daily stress and anxiety.
Remember, "this too shall pass". Take the rough with the smooth. I hope you can speak to your psychiatrist soon. Best wishes
