Rght now for me, im frozen in one spot my thoughts are a zillion, im not able to move yet need/desire to move my self in every way possible. Agitated/angry/wired pissed at the world. Smashed my flat, screamed at hubby. inner tension extrememly uncomfortable, moving, need to move to relieve it. Crying one minute laughing the next.
Broke down at work, thats becoming a problem, refuse to give it up, love that job not giving it up.
GP prescribed prozac, come back in 2/3 weeks should feel better. Eating valium/thorazine like anything to get me through the day.
Not with mental health team, discharged myself thought i recovered, been a month now look at me failure big time.

What you are describing sounds like a mixed episode to me, and antidepressants are the worse things you can give to a bipolar in a mixed episode, this is not on any sort of mood stablizer.
My question is, are you currently on a mood stabilizer? If not, you need to be on one ASAP, as well as an antispsychotic such as Abilify or Seroquel.
Just some food for thought. Please try to take care of yourself.

About eating valium.. I'm not sure what that would do to you. Doesn't sound good. I wonder if it isn't making it worse to self medicate like that.
