Not necessarily a Bipolar question but we tend to be more open about sex and more sexual in general so..... When hypersexual if the urge strikes I'll find a place to take care of it rather than wait to get home..... when depressed if the urge comes over me I have to take advantage of it right then and there cause it may be months in between sexual release. Anyone else like this or does everyone else wait until they have the privacy of the their bedroom..... I feel like a depraved sex fiend for masturbating in the bathroom at work.. but I can't help it sometimes.

it's kinda funny, because I've now seen Lots of people mention that lithium seemed to lower their sex drive, and make them into zombies, and so forth. I've not stayed on it longer than a year before (this time, I'm gonna do it!), but anyway, it always makes me Bouncy and a little hypomanic and has never affected my sex drive or talking or brain (unless I'm Really forgetting).

The only thing that affects My sex drive, alone or with someone...is depression. *sigh*

I have done the deed driving down the road and was too "into it" to stop when I passed a semi, needless to say I was surprised when I heard his air horn blasting as I drove by him! Thanks for reminding me of that day, it made me smile.

I tend to do it wherever I am work, home, public bathrooms at stores, going down the expressway. You get the picture.

And from someone who has worked in the adult entertainment industry for over 30 years - not many are that into it. Sex sells so, bursting bubbles here I know , the almighty buck is what truly drives most in the industry.

I thought I was the only one who felt that way. Even when I was depressed, I would still get turned on. I never did it at work, I think I was too cautious, afraid something would hear me or something. Don't feel dirty for posting this, for we are all sexual beings. When I was on Zoloft, I was still able to have sex with my boyfriend, but I wasn't able to climax, even when masturbating. :P So I had to get off that medication, I couldn't stand it.

I'd masturbate anywhere. In a car while my partner's driving down a road, in a room with family (under a blanket), in public bathrooms, anywhere i got the chance. I also watch a lot of porn when i get hypersexuality.

I have had problems with hypersexuality since i was 7, i'd talk about it more, encourage friends to get naked, showed a lot of interest in sex ed (started when i was 8/9) started watching porn aged 9, i'd masturbate hours non stop.

It makes me feel so dirty and disgusted with myself.

I used to be hypersexualinsane too when I first met my wife. When she drove on the freeway I ate her. Insane, fun, survived by the grace of a loving God, and different. I would never do that again.

Now I am going to be checking out all female passengers in cars to see if they are living a porn movie life.
