Just need some support here been up since Sunday and I would really like to put an end to this manic episode. I'm burned out and have had enough of it. I was for a while extremely productive but now things are just a jumble and I need a break. I can't concentrate anymore thiings have just gotten all disjointed and all I can do is sit and star at this computer sceen. No ability to put together a complete end to end thought.

Prolonged mania can lead to psychosis ....especially if you haven't slept .

Do you have meds ?

If this episode goes on for too long, contact your Pdoc

Good luck

When I get this way, I use Xanax and Benadryl to calm me down

I know you have done this quite a few times. Are you off meds? Do you have a pdoc? Please get some help. You seem to enjoy the periods of high productivity, but you always get caught in the trap and fall to pieces.

Ask yourself if it is worth it? Hugs and our support is good, but a doc's support is better. You need to nip this in the bud now.

Michael I have seen you like this before and it doesn't always play out well for you.............do you have something you can take for times like this? Can you call your pdoc and tell him what you are going through? When I feel myself going to this place, I know I need to call my pdoc right away..............please do that...xo

I agree with what the others have said sweetie.. I think this will take medication to bring you down..
Please reach out for help ASAP.. The crash isn't nice
