When I am manic, I start to get these "visions" like God is speaking to me and telling me things like "the lamictal is actually gold . I created it just for you"

Do any of you get these too?

It was intense but at no point did the voice(s) say that it was God.
There were no high-kicking dancing girls holding placards with 'This is a Vision' on them either.

Yet I will say openly to saner friends that I know the difference between an hallucination and a vision.
