how difficult 4 u . as others have said grieve as much and as long as u must . there is no timetable to follow . there will always b a place in your heart 4 your friend no matter where life brings u . make sure u talk about your feelings as much as u can and speak as much as u r able about your loved one here &/or with a professional .crying cleanses the toxins so don't b afraid 2 let it out .

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
