hahhahaha YAYA THIS IS FUN ...not...Once agin im loseing my mind 3 time this week and the docter swears there is nothing the matter ...HAHA bite me I dont even know whats wrong i know im not rite ..i want my bf here..im kinda lone only my doggie is kinda wake...i want sumone to hug me..i know no one can tell me its going to be okay but ..i dont no
in the meantime, do you have any chill pills handy...? maybe time for a movie or a long bath or shower or even a movie just to unwind a bit...?
and of course you know...if you really do start to lose it altogether...make sure you put an emergency plan into action...

just like every moods going though me at once and i cant diside what to keep or sumthing...its almost 3 am..i have clorazpam but i dont like takeing them unless i have anxity tho the docter give them too me for parnaio too..AH ..I wanna watch a moive..but down stair im more alone..up here my dog is and my sleeping would kill me if i attepmed to wake him dad....Hurry up saterday at 3/4am I want to be sat my bfs its safer there meaning..hes always there even when hes asleep i can see him and hes there and he hugs me..i mean not like hes not here for me now just hes at work suprise!! lol not
