I put on headphones and youtube some of my favourite music (erm...corny, yes, relaxing - you bet!)

I should have added - I do that if I don't want to actually fall asleep again / if I know I absolutely won't fall asleep

I just woke up at 4:30am..play facebook games,play with my ds, and lay in bed to see if I can go back to sleep which is never(do this first then the above)....usually dont sleep till 4am but did the opposite today.

I usually also dont go 2 bed at till 4:30 am but did the opposite went to bed ay 2:30am then woke up 2hrs later.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
