Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

I have your pretty run of the mill fears and anxieties that are ever present. Thank you BP and anxiety disorder. Appreciate ya.
But my totally irrational fear is roaches. Pinché cucarachas. The big ones that come from the trees and sometimes fly. Fuck that shit- those bastards terrify me. I’ve had some pretty nasty encounters. No thank you sir.
So the hubs has been very ill. Much better as of late last night. He’s sleeping hard and snoring loudly, which is a blessing really. But I love sleep- and I never get enough of it. So I picked up my pillows and my floor fan and sauntered into the guest room for some peaceful sleep. And there it was- pinché cucaracha. Sprayed it and now it is under the bed. (There wasn’t even a chankla in sight to beat the hell out of it) I noped right out of there and am laying on the couch.
Looks like I will have to set that room on fire.
Pinché cucaracha.

Here is my new brother, copper :) He's so tiny! Moo and Tuck were ok with him on first meeting. Rocket due to his severe aggression will never meet Cooper.

Hope you got that bastard one good and proper.
The crappy thing about living in a communal setting is that other people may not be as clean as you are. I hate roaches and bugs in general.
Should we ever meet face-to-face, Melise, you might want to appoint a special guard to monitor my activities. Bugs and other creepy crawlers are my favorite practical joke props. I can even handle the dangerous ones safely. There are few things in life that entertain me more thoroughly than watching a bug-a-phobe reacting to a critter crawling out of . . . Well. . . A guest room bed is a likely spot. . .
The beneficial of this spot of pure evil is that my bug play has helped more than one bug-a-phobe past their irrational fear. A few of them even joined my evil entomology camp after I showed them a few things.
Hope I haven't just given you a 6 month supply of nightmares.
Chris- sigh. In Texas by the water, giant roaches are expected. No matter how clean the house is. They come in from outside one way or another. Sneaky Bastards.
Arfie! Nooooooo. You would not be the first, nor the last to prank me. And I would scream like a little girl and possible piss myself (depending if it was on me). We could still be friends, of course. But the prank war would be on!
One of this little girl's favorite prank sets is tormenting little boys. . . I have cleared more than one commercial construction sites by putting garden snakes, preying mantis's and the like in toolboxes, AC closets or wherever. The funnest part was being the little girl who *rescued* all the big, strong men.
That's the good part of having a cold season......Big squishy hug.....xo
So for the odd roach or spider I keep several cans of hairspray around. I hairspray the hell out of those suckers so they can't move, then I find something to smash them to hell. lol I do not like bugs in my house!!!!
