i get B12 shots, take fish oil and deplin http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L-methylfolate

i also take vit C when i feel like i am getting a cold and it helps. placebo or not.

vitamin d deficiency can cause depression and aches and pains. i've tested deficient twice and now take 6000 a day.also omegas, and b, gonna start a multi and gonna go back to taking calcium for osteopenia., always check for interactions though. for instance the calcium can affect absorbtion of xanax

I take a multi vit to cover what my diet may not. I have to take prescription vit D because of a deficiancy. I take extra calcuim because I've hit 50 and my gyno suggests it for bone health. Can't say I notice a difference in how I feel, I'm just covering my bases hoping to keep in good health.

I jumped on the Ltryptophan bandwagon a few years ago. Didn't do squat for me. Even used pharmaceutical grade I found online. (or so they say) ...

i try to remember to take a multivit with minerals,i've started to put them in with my pills so i remember because my diet is'nt so great a lot of the time
i don't get cold 's often and i think that's why
