This is so irritating. I can't journal, and that is where this post should be...but I have to vent...I'm sending my tablet in to be worked on and my laptop has been teally slow lately..my phone will not let me journal.
Found out an ex coworker has stage 3 inoperable lung cancer. I want to do something for her but don't know what. I'm so use ro running from things like this, I feel guilty for protecting myself and not being there for people.
My husband is mad at himself because my mom has to help with my vehicle payment. He's upset because he can't take care of me.
I really wish I could get treatment anonymously ...you know...use a different name...bc i don't want it to ever be an issue in the future for career or anything else. I just really need to talk about the issues of the past few years...the miscarriages, dishonesty in marriage, stress of finances and college demand. I've had NO one to talk to but on here.
I did find out a lady in my psych project group is bipolar. She told me and I said you know what I knew it...because so am I. I'd like to talk more with her. Maybe she knows of some resources in the area.

i once went, only had to pay four dollars a session.
maybe it's time to gradually remember how to trust, by gradually making steps, like with community counseling. ( they have to go by the HIPPA law or they could lose their license )

Careers are affected by psych treatments too. Managers of large coorperations are screened heavily and ppl hiring will go to lengths to get to know the dirt on a person (any stuff they want to hide). Technically, it might not be kegal but they figure a high stress job with demands and much responsibility needs to go to someone who they feel is able to handle it. Some bosses that hire will use facebook to find out about you or even a private investigator (heard of thus once)
