It sure is not a lot to ask. I hate when I go through those periods. For me, fortunately they usually don't last longer than a week. Plus those periods are hard on my face. lol

Im so sorry xtina. It is such a hard period to go through but you will get through it because you are a very strong person. Please be gentle with yourself during this time. A little pampering never hurts a thing either. If you are off the food, sleep, med schedule try to bring it back around. You can get through this and it will pass soon. Call your doctor if it gets to unbearable or out of the ordanary for you.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
