Hey everyone, I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 on Friday and I'm really nervous about how a new medication will effect me. Any support regarding med effects (pros and cons) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Wow, it's the middle of the week already!Today is our 11 year anniversary, so we're going out to a nice dinner. I'm losing a lot of sleep these days, hence a wonky schedule and uncomfortable feelings. But I know it will pass, eventually.I hope all of you have a peaceful day, and may good things come your way!

Once you are taking them be super strict about not missing and don't go adjusting them without advice from a pro. The first thing now if you feel muddled will be... did I take my meds? If your moods spiral see about getting your meds adjusted straight away. It may takes ages for them to get the balance right and the right ones.
You may feel numbed and flat for a while till you adjust. Again this is just how an amatuer thinks. Always check with your doctor your decisions. ALWAYS.
