Yes the legs are a killer! Annoys my family...but you find you don't realise your even doing it.

I also get the "stop mid sentence" when talking or telling a story to someone....right in the middle....if slightly disracted by a noise or colour that attracts my eye...zip....brain wave gone- short circuits....and I have to ask theperson ..."0h-Sorry what was I talking about?"....A bit annoying sometimes....but then again...so is chopping and changing in the conversation....but hey....thats BP and funny thing is some of my friends can keep up and understand without an interpreter required! LOL

My body tenses up. And I look around like people are staring at me, like they know I'm nervous. Then I subconsiously hear the Mission Impossible theme. This happens a lot when I'm at Wal-mart or other crowded venues. Mainly Wal-mart though. So then I find the two ugliest cashiers, imagine them having sex, and shiver to shake it all out.

You should see when me and my brother are at the dinner table together. haha. We both bounce our legs like crazy. The table shakes like there's an earthquake. My sister (another Beeper) can't stand the shaking, so while the table is shaking, she's yelling at us to stop. haha. kinda funny.

I get the jitters, if I am thinking of the same thing? But when I am having them my panic buttons are all being pushed at the same time. I also can't communicated during these times.

I will force myself to say something if I am cornered. But then I usually don't make a bit of sense and I am shaking like a dog shitting a peach seed.

I usually leave work early and go hide inside my home before something awful happens.

I do the leg teetering thing and I will type the same phrase over and over just with my finger tips so that noone notices unless they are paying ALOT of attention, I also will unconsciously find a spot on my leg and just rub it in the same pattern repeatedly. I know-CRAZY PUPPY!! I can live with it.

hey gunslinger, I get that way too, the shakes really bad. It's usually if I'm headed for a panic attack or if I'm starting DT's from my xanax.

The shakes really suck. Do you have something to take for anxiety?
