Have you recently gained some weight? Maybe from meds or something?
Sometimes our brains get us into hyperbolic thinking where we notice one minute little thing that seems not as good as it could be about us, and we blow it up into how horrible and repulsive and on and on we are.
But you're gorgeous babe.
Have you been feeling depressed in general and anxious about other things? Because that can really mess with our clarity of self-perception.

Hope you're feeling back on top soon.

1. Cut out the chips and ice cream and burgers and fries.
2. Exercise every day. Play tennis or surf or inline skate or run, just have fun. Hey, take a karate class!
3. At least half of what you eat every day should be fruits and veggies.
