I have spent the past 10 1/2 years out of 12 years in shitty relationshits. Now I feel incapable of love or even attachment to people. I don't remember what it feels like to get the "butterflies".
Is it just me? Or are there other emotionally detached people out there due to crappy relationshits?

I dont think it is just you Hanna. I spent years after abusive relationships distancing myself from intimacy. I was too afraid to trust again until my husband came along. Give it some time to trust again and dont be so down on yourself....xo

I feel like you do, Hanna. Every relationship of mine, either romantic or platonic is a bust! Thank god for school and Beeper Kitty!! Maybe the right person will come along some day. Keep the faith!! Hugs

I agree with Shelly. Same thing. Abusive relationship for 5 years then my nervous breakdown. Took years of intense therapy and then I met my husband. When I did, I was ready.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
