Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.
I haven't been on here for four years. So much has been happening in the past year i feel lost. To start i havent had my meds in a year i was doing ok without them. Then my youngest daughter moved 2 hours away, her and i used to talk about everything, hang out watch movies etc. I have a bad back and fibromyalgia i cant do alot of the things i used to do. I cant work so i dont get around people anymore and i have 1 friend left i talk to 15 minutes a week. Im not sure if its the pain making the depression worse,or the other way around. It seems like i have been in a low for a long time. I miss the high were i had energy to spare. Only down side to my highs were i spent way to much money at the stores. Has anyone been low for this long? I dont know how much longer i can stand this.

Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.

I wouldn't be okay ongoing if I was was without mine medication
Big hug for you .....xo
Good to see you sorry for what brings you here:(
Can you get a tweak on your meds? Sometimes that helps in the dead of winter so does a full spectrum light...
((((Hugs))) glad your are back, love yourself gal it may take longer than you would prefer....however this too shall o new day come to an end.....
I handle my symptoms without meds, but it is allot of work. When I was at my worst, the meds helped stabilize me and establish a new baseline to shoot for in my other therapy programs. I would definitely use meds again, if needed.
Gentle support, whichever way you take it. Glad you are back.
