It's something normal people should really appreciate...
Anyways, i don't do xanax, nor do I take any anti anxiety pills very much, I usually ride the emotions and meditate, as well as cognitive thinking.
It still doesn't help much, hahaha, I have to force myself to control my emotions and urges, I really hope I don't mess this up :/
Meditation is good. I love yoga because it not only quiets my mine but also releases some of that crazy electricity that runs through me from time to time.
Is there a reason you avoid medications to assist with anxiety and sleep?
I'm going to get back on some of the meds I guess, gonan try to avoid anything major, maybe somethin to help me sleep. Havent slept before 5am in a week
Captainquasar...love how you say normal people should appreciate how hard we have to work at this normal life thing. I wish they knew how tired I get struggling through.
Hope you both had a relaxing Sunday...here's hoping for a better week.
I write down all of my thoughts and feelings and sometimes in doing so I can discover something that is specifically causing me to feel this way.
Meditation works as well.
I know it is an awful feeling and I hope you get some relief soon.
I'm starting to realize though, I'm head over heals for the girl more because of my mania not my feelings because it didn't make sense to me. I don't really know the girl, she's hard to read, and she hasn't mentioned anything about how she felt. WTF am I doing. hehe... so I'm hoping the doc helps out. thanks for the support everyone, i really need it right now
did u feel you were out of control and that ur mind is rushing through to 6 months from now, and u realize a normal person has their own life and routine, and normally this doesnt break the way we bipolars do it.
I think i need to get the mania out soon as possible so I can at least be clear headed and see how I actually feel b4 I do anything with this girl
