33 years 9 months and 2 days of nicotine dependent life will end and I will be a Non-Smoker =)

I spend so much time on line that will be the hardest part to stop the chain smoking. But today is clean up all the smoking stuff day. Bye Bye ashtrays, lighters, smokes, hooka, bong, rolling macheine, Hello cocaine, valium, EX, patches .... you know the usual replacement therapy LOL.

Wish me luck and have a drink for me tomorrow is the first day of the rest of my life.

Good luck to you and got riddance to cigarettes. Something that helped me to stay quit was sucking on fruit flavored popsicle sticks. It gave me something to do with my hands and mouth. Let us know how it is going!!

fantastic!!! Nobody's better than you baby!!

I chewed straws & cinnamon toothpicks. I used chewing gum---I really like Spry gum because its all natural. I also did a full round of Nicoderm.

Good luck & check back in with your progress. Just keep in mind, meds might need adjustment as your body adjusts to being free from Nicodemon.

As someone who hasn't had a single smoke since Easter of this year, I totally know what you are going through. You can do it!!! I am wishing you lots of luck and success. Keep us posted for sure!

The thing that save me when doing tdious projects with out ciggerettes 10 years ago...was taking a handful of rinkiing straws, cutting them to cig lenghth and putting them in a cig box. Then while driving I could take a "cig" out and pretend to smoke it, I even put it in the ashtray. Worked for my mom and me. My mom smoked non filter for 40 years

    Once again I've had a fever today. I'm not going to the hospital because that's a huge waste of time but I did schedule a dr appointment for Wednesday afternoon.
